What I love is the fact that actual "Car Guy" websites tried to say that we were wrong when we dropped the news on the Hummer...LMAO.

Well, people still drive cars from the 80's, so who's to say people wouldn't still be driving them in 10 years?

yeah, but you don't ONLY see cars from the 80's driving around.
Hey I'm not complaining. I'd rather have the movie look like the present than look all futuristic. |

Although you can't see much in useful terms, it's so gratifying to see "real stuff" happening! Neat.
I'm also glad to see a lot practical stunts as opposed to ersatz ones (my biggest worry for a Sommers dircted movie is excessive, poor CGI)
