Hard to place it into the Marvel continuity. SS dropped his Cobra affiliation pretty early on, well before Slice and Dice became recurring characters. Then again, Scarface was dead by the time Fred was introduced so these comics almost throw some continuity out the window

Its in the DDP continuity, which continued the Marvel continuity. You can also tell by his costume, which is the Mike Zeck design for DDP, though with alterations. At the end of the Marvel run he was brainwashed and was again part of Cobra, which he did not break free from til Master and Apprentice vol. II.
