I've used this site once and had a very good experience. Too bad there's no 'Tanker discount.

Can anyone explain why/how there companies get away with charging more for certain figures they know will be hot sellers and why Hasbro thinks its okay. Not to mention not selling them on their own site?

Not really, they read these sites as much as anyone else does and start to laugh at all the money they are going to make on certain figures. It is ultimatley Hasbro's fault but through back room meetings and secret dealings they ensure retilers will bank on at LEAST 1 figure from an assortment no matter how shitty the rest of the assortment is.
Oh they always use the cuse of trying to limit what people can buy and keep outside sources from buying them out where they will be stuck with the rest of the assortment. However supply vs. demand just dosent work here. Were not talking about toothpaste and baby formula...were talking plastic drugs...and the king pins demand money for the blow yo... |

I believe that retailer is ordering them from a 3rd party. They have too low of quanity to have a Hasbro account. So, they can sell them for any price as if they got it from the shelves at Target and placed it on their website. Hasbro requires $25,000 in annual sales orders from them to have a wholesale account, they would have much more Hasbro product and in much larger quanity if they had an actual account.
