So... here's my guess: This guy in California might have family or friends working in China. I know that's how I got my Nemesis Prime a month or so before SDCC.

maybe but this wave is way over due if you ak me. it wouldnt surprise me if he picked them up at WM and rushed home to post them on ebay.

Its only a ONE day auction and there must be a reason for the that... My guess is that they are afraid that people are going to see those figures in the store very soon and didn't want to take the chance of not making as much money on the set due to availability.
