Thanks for the info... Though I love that their sale prices are still considerably more then what you'd pay in store for these items. Most of which are readily available. Not even counting the shipping.

Sigh. Does someone HAVE to do this every time someone mentions BBTS? Not everyone has stores, they can't offer the same price, convenience, hunting sucks yadda yadda yadda etc etc etc. If you don't like their prices don't buy from 'em, but jeez, can we, as a community, stop whining about it? If BBTS offered the same price as Target, they'd be losing money. They aren't a charity action figure service.

Yeah, speaking as a collector in NYC, we essentially have one Target, one Toys-r'-us, one Kaybee, no Wal-Marts and a K-Mart. For, like 8 million people. If it weren't for places like BBTS I pretty much wouldn't have a thing in my collection.

Yeah, exactly what I noticed. Their sale brings the item at or still above retail. Not much of a sale, if you ask me.

And I didn't see anything I wanted either. Didn't see any Joes.

BBTS has a purpose. But when they charge 7.99 for one figure and 12.99 for another (The ones people want) it's hard to defend their practices. They're doing the exact same thing that the scalpers on Ebay are doing.

More power to them. But I was just pointing out that their "sale" while good by BBTS terms (meaning your butt hurts slightly less then it did before) is still a butt hurt experiance.

If you use and need BBTS, great. I use them from time to time too. But I'm still calling a spade a spade. Most everything Joe related that's on sale right now, I can find in any store. It'd be different if it wasn't Buzzer and Cobra Commander that was on sale, but in this instance... That's what it is.
