I'm thinking with a BIN of 9.99, handytoy has about 1000 of these lying around.

I compared handytoy's pic to the Joecon pic, and I think handytoy has the webgear on backward. The sheath is on Duke's left side in the con pics, and it's on the right with the ebay listing.
