they can get away with it the same way that they can get away with making ultra magnus armour, hearts of steel optimus prime, rodimus prime upgrade, tripple changer springer, bruticus add ons.
They are not, nor have been, nor will ever be a Hasbro product, and as long as they dont use copyright, they can make what ever they want. Something tells me " a real american hero" is asociated with g.i.joe, and not H.D.Robots, which is a way to get around that copyright. |

D'oh!! Placed an order this morning, just looked at the invoice and realized that I forgot to include my zip code. Sent an email - let me know if there's something else I should do.

How is "A real American Hero" being associated with GI joe a way to get around copyright? |

meant to say Head. as long as they don't use any direct plagerism, they can do what ever they want. Asia has very very very very lax copyright laws, and there are always ways around things. Other than the direct pirates of the boxed transformers, all these 3rd party add on are completly legit.

The card doesn't say "hero" it says "A Real American Head" I'm pretty sue everything on that card could be considered parody. Unless Hasbro has trademarks on Synthoid and Old Snake.

I don't think Parody applies if they are selling the carded figures, otherwise you are probably right. Are they offering the Card as well (as in carded figure)?
