It sounds very cool.
I like the comment he said about Duke being one of his favorites, didn't he also say awhile ago that he never liked Duke and was glad that IDW gave him a chance to make Duke more then 2 dimensional? I think this is some of Hasbro's influence wanting to get the marquee Joes in the lineup. Shipwreck is on the cover and he had very few appearances in Hamas run. Don't really care cause the plot sounds pretty damn sweet. Can't wait.

Great that Larry Hama is bringing back GI Joe:A Real American Hero.Most of all,it's great that Hama included minorities in positive roles and women working along the lines with men.

This is where I always saw Hama's version of Cobra going in the 1980s. It's how I plotted my Joeverse, based upon his lead. It's what DD attempted and the current movie set up for its sequel.
I had some ideas of my own this like that I tried to pitch to Chris Ryall last year and he said they had too much on the plate. |
