I actually saw it the other way around. Cobra seems to get more hype/praise and is harder to find at the LCS(at least for me).

Cobra may not sell more, but it is the one that is critically acclaimed.
That would be the one that survives if they trim back. Origins really serves no purpose. Sure it's to tell origin stories of the Joes but how many can you tell? All of them? Anything that shows up in Origins is a potential story that can't be done in the main title or Cobra. Also it creates a continuity nightmare. With all these characters have to keep track of each origin story and what happened, who they encountered, etc.. Origins would work better as a series of one-shots, mini-series, that come out here and there, not as an ongoing. I think the other ARAH book will be a return of Special Missions.

I agree. Special Missions seems like the most likely title.

A New Special Missions book would be great and it would totally compliment the return of the Original Marvel Series.
But Overall, I think IDW needs to scale back the Joe books, too much market saturation is not good |

Anyone else think we'll see a Snake Eyes series? It might make some sense...

I hope not. Too much over exposure. I don't think SE could carry his own series.

Andy Schmidt over at the IDW Message Boards responded by saying that there WILL NOT be a companion title to ARAH. That was a mistake made by the writer of the USA Today article.

No problem, Shin. And here's the link with Andy's QUOTE. It's about half-way down the page.

It would be cool if they turned Origins into the IDW-Verse Special Missions.
