I think we have a winner! I think it was a bit contradicting when Hasbro claimed not having anything to do with the price rise starting with Wal-Mart!?
According to previous tread. |

Yes true, but it is still amazing that two weeks after Wal-Marts increase and TRU, K-Mart, and Target are staying firm at 5.99. Looks like it will only be a matter of time now though until they all raise the price, but two weeks I'm surprised one of those three did not follow WM jump in price sooner.

isn't HTS a seperate entity than Hasbro? If it was Hasbro selling these to us, wouldn't they be listing them for three dollars or whatever it is that Walmart and Target buy them for?
So maybe it isn't the Hasbro corporation that raised the price, but the seperate HTS that decided to get another buck out of us to make up for lagging sales in other toylines. HTS needs to produce too, just like any other business. Otherwise, it is pointless to keep up a website that isn't making any money. |

HTS is NOT a part of Hasbro. It's just a 3rd party that licenses Hasbro's name.
