maybe the figure came first and then the cartoon.
maybe he was gonna be cybernetic.

with "...no plans at this time to reveal the robotic arm."

But didn't they say on the Resolute DVD that there was going to be a scene where Destro uses his robotic rocket arm to escape Gung-Ho and Roadblock, leaving Baroness behind but was scrapped at the last minute?
