I'm pretty sure the helmet IS removeable already. Look at the picture of the Soldier when compared to the original pic of him, the helmet is lower on the original pic, also the helmet is in many different places on the first pic of the Officer and the in package pics of the Officer. I doubt they would have sculpted two heads that look exactly alike except that one's helmet comes off and the other doesn't. Heck, they won't even sculpt two different sets of hands for two different figures who use the same body (Flint's gloves!
