Hey random group of guys, what do you think of the new Lady Jaye face? Guys? Anyone...?

Everything they showed looks cool and im excited for any new figs...........but is anyone a bit disapointed? ......I mean, there doesnt seem to be a lot of new figures, not including the ones we already knew about.
The vehicles look cool, but are they just reissues or retooled? Whats up with the toxic snake eyes? Why is lady jays hair blonde? No announcement of a new wave single card figures? That serpentor is cold painted, is that new? Wheres bazooka and etc? |

When did Kool Aid references become trendy?
Fancy hair aside, this Lady Jaye's really no better than the first attempt. |

Has anyone ever tried to put original HISS cannons on the DTC HISS? I prefer it over the missle launcher. Quote:

We still have pretty close to a year and a half (4 or 5 months) for this line before Hasbro changes over to the movie stuff. So there is still plenty of time to see some of our favorites to be released. Last edited by WildWeasel; 02-18-2008 at 12:59 AM.. |

I also am a bit underwhelmed by the showcase at Toy Fair '08...I'm a purist like the rest of you and like to see the missing originals like Grunt, Short-Fuse, Mutt, Dusty, Steeler, etc. before releasing the early '90s Tiger Force, Drug Enforcment Force, and all the other reissues that followed the Golden Age of ARAH.
I like the VAMP and RAM, but where is the Grand Slam and the laser cannon that hooked up to the VAMP? Where is Hawk's missle system? Where is the MOBAT and Steeler? These should have been released first (during the 25th - last year) before moving on to the obscure stuff. I guess Hasbro is playing it safe - picking different eras to satisfy all fans. I personally like the battle packs with the Mass Device (I remember making one out of cardboard back in the day and making the three elements with food coloring and water!).

I'm not disappointed at all. I like when they wait a little before telling us news. I mean if they didn't withold stuff, then we wouldn't have any news to look foward too the rest of the year.
I'm glad with what I have seen and I know there will be more to come when the Conventions start rolling around. As for that fan favorite pack, I hope they throw us a bone like having say a new Cover Girl in there or how about Cold Slither - The box set. Good time to be a Joe Fan... |

I'm surprised they did not show the wave 4 comic packs.
