In case anyone is still interested in how well the figures are doing here are the sales for last week. This is the no sale 2 plus weeks after the movie has been out so keep that in mind. I'm very impressed with how well these are selling. Last week we sold 27,000 plus of the asst a, and 11,000 of asst b. So almost 40,000 again! Very good. To give you a measure on that the transformers regular figures sell about 27,000 each week, and of course that movies been out since may. The deluxe figures sold about 8,000 last week also. Overall sales seem very strong at target anyways. I remember during 25th figure days we'd seel about 7,000 to 10,000 a week at the highest point so ROC is def a bigger seller overall. Kids seem to be into it, in fact i picked up my 9 year old from school yesterday and saw two kids playing with there snake eyes and storm shadow figures. Made me smile!

What is the total sales figure overall since RoC was first released?

I work at a Target and while this is by no means scientiffic...I never saw a child pick up a 25th product. Saw a couple of Dads saying things like I used to have this or whatever. Saw collectors, but never a kid. Now of course some must have bought a few, but not very many.
I see kids all the time buying ROC or at least looking at it. I've seen kids with ROC figures at the park where my little girl plays. Saw a kid at TRU today begging for ROC figures, but Mom wouldn't let him get them...so it seems like at least for the time being some kids are into it. |

If kids had seen the old cartoons, they'd probably have wanted the 25th figures also. They see the commercials for the movie figures all the time on TV, and some of them have seen the movie as well. I'm the same way. As soon as I see a TV show or movie that I like, I've gotta have everything from it that I can get my grubby mitts on. |
