I would think the licensing would be the biggest cost. These are so tiny though I wish they'd just sell them in all in on package.

I'm sure the very small size of the figures also presents some engineering challenges that would raise the price. No matter how well-engineered these are, I'd be terrified to actually try to pose one, though.

So I found a "World's Smallest" Hot Wheels at Target for $5.

It makes a good "Toy" for a 1/18 scale figure:

Way overpriced. As much as I love G.I. JOE, I'm not that desperate.
Get 'em down to $5 or $6 tops, and then I'll collect them.

I agree with this statement. $13 seems excessive for such a small toy.

Bummer..This news sounded very exciting at first when I thought it was a SE centric comic. Prints are much more lame. Hopefully this time next year after the SE movie is starting to generate some positive press, there will be comics!

These don't actually have articulation do they? They are SUPER tiny and would be fine with them just being solid display pieces.
