I guess it's meant to be reflections, but it looks like they have toy Rattlers and paratroopers hanging from the ceiling inside the bridge of the USS FLAGG.

IDW needs to get caught up before putting up any more solicitations.
Silent Options #4 was suppose to be out in December 2018, hello.
G.I. Joe ARAH #259 I got a couple of weeks ago & it was also supposed to be out December.

Joe and Cobra of the 80s and 90s! The vintage ARAH rules! G.I. Joe 1982-1992 way better than the modern versions of G.I. Joes.
