If those aren't the listings you bought from AND if you want me to follow you on the angry train then post links to the listings you bought from and a screen cap of how it read when you bought it (eBay offers this feature on the transaction details screen, IIRC). Cards shipped in a padded envelope will probably curve and bend and not-sealed bubbles are not sealed. So unless the listings said nothing at all about not being MOC and nothing at all about padded envelope mailing I don't see how you got taken. I'm not trying to upset you, I just can't agree unless you have evidence that supports you.
