As you probably know, Amazon has cancelled the Kindle Worlds program, and all of the G.I. Joe content will soon be unavailable for purchase. The word that was given to the authors was that the content would be removed from the website on or around July 16th, but last night, it all vanished, leaving us all believing that they had jumped the gun and pulled the stories early.
They just reappeared. If you want to take advantage of some of the greatest G.I. Joe stories ever written, I urge you all to buy now. I had been putting off buying a couple of titles that I had wanted to read and was devastated last night. Don't leave yourself in the same situation. The titles are incredibly affordable and will remain on your Kindle device forever (they won't vanish once they are no longer available in the store). For just a little money, you can have a horde of great G.I. Joe stories to last you for years (depending upon how quickly you read). If you are unsure which titles to pick up, I would recommend seeing what titles have a lot of strong ratings and/or checking out the featured list. A list of names that I highly recommend includes Bell, Beard, Maue, Osgood, Ferguson, and Nedrow. This list is not comprehensive (please forgive me if I left your name off the list. These are just the authors whose works I am most familiar with). There are many other splendid authors whose books should entertain you. Buy now before they are gone. I would be very surprised if you found yourself disappointed in your purchases. You won't regret picking these up, but you very well may regret not grabbing them when they are gone. |

Will these possibly be available in some other form in the future? It seems like such a waste to just ditch them like that. Is there another way to purchase and read them without a Kindle?

Yes. You can download the Kindle software, (It's free.) to read Kindle books purchased on your PC. I did that before I got a physical Kindle device...

These are the last few days to purchase any G.I. Joe related novels or novellas. After (or around) the 16th, they will be gone. I've read several in the last few days, and believe me when I say that you will not want to miss out on the opportunity to add these to your collections. If you buy now, you will have them forever. If you don't, you will miss out on some of the best G.I. Joe storytelling that has ever taken place.

I really hope that it lasts, but the around the 16th message was all that we were given. They were up when I woke up this morning. When they'll vanish is anyone's guess at this point.
I'd recommend grabbing them right now and paying back whoever you borrowed the couple of dollars from on payday. Otherwise, you'll have to drive to my house and read on my iPad (I think I'm about an hour away from you). Be warned that I charge a reading fee. |

I'm seeing not available for purchase on Buzz Dixon's most dangerous man in the world story. Unfortunately I never bought it. Please PM me if anyone knows how to buy this story or it becomes available again.
