Dawn is the only one that wouldn’t make me really mad it’s not Banzai. She’s just as much ninja force as those unreleased commandos I guess. I’m sure the club really doesn’t care if they piss us off because by the time we get the figure, they will have been out of business for a while. But really, no Banzai would be a huge dickhead move on the clubs part. They know anyone who actually likes Ninja Force is going to be hoping for him so to give us a commando or Snake Eyes variant would be really shitty. And I usually don’t complain about what they do.
But yeah, Dawn would be nice. I think she would be the most likely candidate for an exclusive at SDCC because of the hype around Snake Eyes and girl power and all that but if the club was able to do her, that would be amazing. And end up being a really expensive figure down the road I’m sure. |

Ok so I tested these helmets out, and this is what I got:
The SB helmet does NOT fit. The head they used is too wide to fit. I suppose if you really wanted to, you could force it on, but I didn’t want to scuff up the paint on the figure (the figure they used the head from isn’t cheap; they are like 30-40$ on eBay right now). The SBD helmet DOES fit just fine. Maybe because the way they made it, it seems a bit more flexible, but it went on smoothly and looked decent. I think if we are going to petition the club to change the helmet, we should specify the SBD helmet (or maybe someone could just cast some in the correct color) |

You are probably right, although we haven’t even gotten the first shipment of FSS7 yet and perhaps they could move up which wave of FSS8 Fast Draw is shipped if they needed to, so there’s a chance.

Banzai would be fine. Snake eyes would be great. Zartan would be great. Night creeper v2 would suck because I'd have to troop build him. Anything else, and I'll riot.

So I just watched the Full Force YouTube video w/ Bobby Valla, and he confirmed that Payload uses Leoric's head.
He also confirmed that 7.0 Hawk will have Resolute Duke's head painted with brown hair. Unfortunately, they didn't get into the specifics of Fast Draw's build. My main question would be why did the head have the greatest priority when designing this figure? Bobby said in the JAJS video that the SB and SBD helmet would only work w/ a balaclava head, and not the head that they chose. The best mask/helmet that worked with the head they chose was the BT set up, and the torso that worked best w/ that head and BT mask was the BT torso. Why didn't the helmet/mask have more priority when building this figure? Why not chose a helmet (SBD helmet) that had a closer representation to the vintage figure? I know I'd be OK w/ a balaclava head if that meant we got the SBD or SB helmet. Of course people would be upset about a balaclava head given that the vintage didn't have one. I most likely would be displaying the figure w/ the helmet on so it wouldn't matter to me. Oh well. Thank you Bobby for helping with this line-up and making some awesome figures!!!
