No, the whole reason for the delay was so they could save shipping and pack the stand and flag piece along with the figures.

Very true, I forgot about that. It would be cool if for us people that have ordered every FSS set to get a bonus figure. I know I can dream.

Couldn’t it be a much simpler explanation, like they were printing the labels and generating the tracking numbers, when they realized some of the labels were blank?

When they discovered the problem, they had to start anew. That would cause some orders to have more than one label and tracking number, but others to have only one.

Confirmation of this theory would be that next week when they are mailed, some of you with two tracking numbers/labels would show movement on one label, and no movement at all on the other.

Again, that’s just a theory.

Playful makes a good point. Maybe the first label had an error didn't print etc.
