Snagged the relatively little I immediately wanted. A couple Red German bodies to make into pseudo-modern Red Shadows, a few bits and pieces for a Black Major to go with them, A couple of STGs to give 'em something a little different for their weapons, a 30mm MG for Kwinn, and a handful of heads for some variety among my other MTF stuff.
I have some vague ideas for other WW II themed stuff but it's a low priority right now. Won't mind if I have to wait for a cycle of sell-out and restock, or until after the next Kickstarter. |

So what were the surprises? Was it the grey german?
I ordered some Russian hats and some guns in addition to some Valkyrie stuff and armor. It adds up so fast. |

Dropped about 60 bucks, which goes quick. A few random thoughts:
Amazing detail by and large, particularly with the Germans and their variations. Also, I hadn't thought of this earlier, but I think it is fairly bold in this day and age to offer WWII german army toys. Their disclaimer made me think of this. All it takes is some whackjob to see these out of context and whine that somebody is making Nazi soldier toys to propagandize little kids. Prices seem to have crept up. Not saying it isn't worth it or that you don't get more for your money, just more expensive. I thinking the Webley revolver for .99 vice the older revolvers for .39 and similar items. Of course, the newer items are painted and nicer, but again, more expensive. Disappointed with the USMC 8 pt cover. It looks ok on its own, but it doesn't fit right on the heads to get the right look. Love the Kabar, Webley revolver, SMLE, and British officer cover. Also like the bush hats and japanese officer belt. I wish we could have gotten some more obscure US weapons-1903 springfield sniper rifle with scope for example. I already have a ton of M-1 Garands, Thompons, and K-98s from BBI/21st Century figures. I understand if you don't have those, this is gold mine. I think a 1903 springfield, M1917 .45 ACP revolver, M97 or M1912 combat shotgun would really be cool. Personally, they are all cool, I just don't really see where they fit into my verse, so some of the accessories are great, but I don't see myself buying a lot of this range. Vietnam is on the horizon, I wonder if MGR might take a dip into the "adventure team" arena? That sort of opens up stuff from just mostly military items to the entire world of small arms. |

So, I busted my KS Russian Tanker's right hand off like a schmuck. Should I buy a new hand and try to dig the old one's post out by some means or buy a whole new Russian Tanker buck to simply swap out torsos?

Heat up the forearm and it’s pretty easy to pop the broken peg out with a sewing needle. (At least in my experience)

I noticed the Russian tanker and fur hat were offered in brown, different from the KS offering.
