You have to remember, there are completists who will wait until the end of time to get every figure reproduced. Doesn't matter what they look like, or quality, they will cheer! Anyways.....glad we didn't get these, atrocious looking figures.

I thought Pete stated that these were Customs that were made for him and not preproduction peices? Regardless no real loss here. While they are cool in idea I think they would have been better received as a retail release rather than an exclusive as they are more of a novelty item as opposed a must have. But thats just my opinion.

Hasbro makes it so easy to hate on them though, with brilliant moves like making all it's properties 'gender neutral'. The next iteration of Joe is going to suck hard.

I'm not a TF fan, so these wouldn't have caught my interest. But considering how much larger the TF fanbase is, it only makes that these should have been produced. It's a shame these weren't produced, before the TF club folded.

Maybe somebody should ask hasbro at Hascon or SDCC if they would consider making them as part of the Transformers universe and on the file card have half the pic the human version and the other half the robot counterpart on some of them. Then again it's just wishful thinking.

I would have liked to have bought the "Only Human" figures, but the two biggest things which stopped me were 1) I saw that the Club was not going to complete the set and 2) the figures use too many recycled parts (namely, heads and soft goods).
I admit that these turned out better than I expected and I might have reconsidered buying the figures if the whole set was available. I joined the Club when they started making modern era figures (2012?) and since then I have always felt that they are a production oriented company rather than market oriented one. They aren't trying to make outstanding product- they are satisfied with making the easiest product. I feel they don't truly understand the value of their product either. If they did, we would see them focus more on the attributes that matter to us. Right now someone is wondering to themselves 'what attributes?' as they read this and proving my point as they do so.
