My KRE-O Sgt Slaughter vs Iron Grenadiers set arrived crushed a couple years ago. I had to order a second one, mail back the crushed one, then received the refund. It was still available online at the time, but of course the Missile Command is not available now.

You'd have to check the website for the return policy.
But as ranquet pointed out, the HQ is sold out, so the best you'll probably get is a refund.

^^^^^Both my MCC and MY Revolutions were shipped the same way in very form fitted boxes wth only an invoice, no packing material. I was also lucky to have them both arrive undamaged.

Mine was delivered on Friday, though of course FedEx left it with the leasing office and didn't bother to notify me (and the leasing office forgot to tell me they had it when I dropped off the rent a few days ago!), so I only "got" it this morning. The shipping box was a little unusual in form, but was nearly perfectly fitted to the Missile Command box, so there was virtually no damage apart from one corner having a bit of crumple to it (which happens). Hopefully the contents are intact--I can hear everything sliding around loose, which isn't very confidence-inspiring.

Anyone know whose arms they used for the Cobra Commander from this set? I can't place them.

I think the upper arms are the standard CC arms for that figure. Can’t place the lower arms.

Hi, the lower arms are from the ROC Zartan diguise figure, especially from the desert one, as you saw in the mock up from the designer pics! They are also used on the officer & trooper figures & if you want to get more motion from them, swap them over & change the hands, works much better in fact

What do you mean swap them over? Swap them with a different forearm? I put 50th Beachhead hands on my CO's from that set.

I don't think it's the same uppers arms, as the shoulders on Ultimate CC had a slightly more angular look...the shoulders on the SDCC figure are rounder. Totally not the same uppers.

I'm also a little confused about what he meant by that. From pics I've seen the SDCC CC arms have a solid range of motion. However, I can see the need to swap the hands out, as I don't see a wrist hinge on the ones they used. Is that correct?

Hi, sorry for that, what I meant is to swap the right lower arm for the left lower arm & then change the hands, I find the original right arms only does 45 degrees & 90 if you force it while the left arm does 90 degrees straight & still looks gd!
