If only the torso joint on the original 25th torso wasn't so poorly done. Below the belt it's so narrow compared to the upper torso.

I wish the ultimate one came with a place to put his pistol. A backpack would have been a nice add on.

Yes. I put 50th CO legs on him and swapped the female feet with 50th Beachhead's feet.

Mine came in today. They look nice, but are far from perfect. The legs on both Cobra's make them look noticeably shorter when compared to the POC version. And none of them have swivel wrists. Other than the other mentioned issues it is a nice set nostalgic wise.

You mean hinged wrists? I think they only have swivel wrists.

Yup, that's it. It's such a step backwards when compared to the POC version. Hell, even the DG Cobras had hinged wrists.

I didn't notice that about the wrists. Bummer.

I know it and don't care. That sort of "accuracy" is the kind of thing no one would care about. If you want accuracy down to the mold of a figure, just repack the o-ring version here. As soon as you go to ME, the figure is no longer even close to accurate to the original, so use the best mold you have. You never saw any posts complaining about the Ultimate CC not having the gun plug. I doubt we would've even gotten one wistful "but wouldn't it have been cool if this CC had the gun plug like the original" comment if this set had used the Ultimate CC mold either. People definitely like the use of the Mickey logo and that would've been nice to see on the Ult. CC mold.
I read the GIJCC magazine article with the designers. I understand they cared a lot about this set and were trying for vintage accuracy, but then why only go halfway? Why just change the torso of CC and only change the legs of the trooper & officer? Even the background of the missile base shows a Cobra Trooper with the 30th/POC legs, so why does the trooper in the set have different legs? It seems like any vintage accuracy gained with those parts was nullified by its own internal inconsistencies.
