Here's a full listing of all the Action Force characters who received code names who weren't straight re-releases of US characters. There were also generic characters released in 1982 I didn't list.
Many of them are wrongly recorded on Blood for the Baron with their specialties rather than code names, see the first parenthetical with quotations. Many were also released in Germany and I threw in their names from that for those interested. So far the Club has released 1/5 Special weapons force (Bombardier), 1/11 SAS (Blades), 0/5 Q-Force, 1/6 Space Force (if you count Dollar Force Duke as Moondancer), 4/12 Z-Force (Skip, Quarrel, Jammer, Gaucho) and 0/10 Red Shadows (Total 7/50 unique Action Force Characters) in modern form. Special Weapon Force (Unreleased) - Boffin - Bombardier - Fixer - Lightening - "Sniper" SAS (SATT in Germany) - 1983 - "Attack Trooper" Trooper - Barracuda ("Frogman") (Also released in Germany) - Beaver - Blades - Chopper ("Pilot") (Also released in Germany) - Eagle ("Squad Leader") (Adler in Germany) - Hunter - Quickfire ("Commando") (Schnellfeuer in Germany) - Sparrow Hawk (Falke in Germany) - Stake-Out (Seewolf in Germany) - Stalker (Snake Eyes identical) (Pirschjager in Germany) Q-Force (TSATT in Germany) - 1983 - Dolphin - Leviathan ("Deep Sea Defender") (Leguan in Germany) - Phones ("Sonar Officer") (Phoner in Germany) - Shark ("Aqua Trooper") (Hai in Germany) - Surfer ("Sea Skimmer") Space Force (WATT in Germany) - 1983 - Blast Off ("Patroller") (Meteor in Germany) - Hawkwind ("Security Trooper") (Condore in Germany) - Hot Jets ("Pilot") (Njet Jet in Germany) - Kiwi ("Engineer") - Moondancer - Sky Raider ("Commander") (Himmelssturmer in Germany) Z-Force (ATT in Germany) - 1983 - Skip ("Captain") (Kapitan in Germany) - "Commander" (mail away repaint of 82 figure which never received a code name) - Gaucho - "Infantryman" Trooper (Spurhund in Germany) - Jammer - Doc ("Medic") - Scout ("Minesweeper") - Quarrel (Armbrust in Germany) - Breaker ("Radio Operator") (Brecher in Germany) - Tracker ("Sapper") (Polizest in Germany) - Steeler (repaint of US Steeler) - Wheels (Rader in Germany) Generic Action Force post 1984 Ton-Up (identical rock and roll) Red Shadows (Die Terror-Bande in Germany)- 1983 - Baron Ironblood (Baron Eisenblut in Germany) - Black Major (Schwarzer Major in Germany) - Kraken - Muton (Robott in Germany) - Red Jackal - Red Laser (Roter Laser in Germany) - Red Shadow (Roter Schatten in Germany) - Red Vulture (Roter Lenken in Germany) - Red Wolf - Skeletron

It wasn't until the GI Joe moulds such as Duke & Stalker dominated the line that actual names began to appear on the front. Big Ben was always officially a Joe, and was never originally a part of our "Action Force". The Club slotted him into the new "Special Action Force" simply because he's British, I presume.

That's actually how they were originally sold. The card fronts branded each figure by speciality, such as "Z-Force Captain" or "Z-Force Minesweeper", with the codename listed in a small and almost incidental profile box on the back.

Yeah and he fits in. That said he woyld probably go with Z-force aesthetically.
The problem with most of the SAS Force guys is they are All Black which is not as appealing as a toy. Although I love em. Maybe the reason for the lack of SAS Force guys is because they are saving them up for a SAS Force Vs Headhunters Con set.

Shame Skip doesn't have his SLR/FN rifle. But otherwise I'm liking the effort.

I'm personally good with this one because I don't have Sgt. Stone or Sgt. Major in my collection, so the head sculpt feels more unique. Having said that, the qualifier on "good" depends on the paint app quality between beret and forehead on a one piece mold...and that's a huge roll of the dice based on what I've seen lately...
Otherwise, build is decent and the flag is pretty cool.

Probably another one I would get from the club store if possible. Not too concerned on re-use of head sculpts. That has been part of GIJOE figures since day one. All the 12 inch had the same head just different hair, in 1982 there were only a few different head sculpts and it has continued through today.
Solid figure in my book.

That will be a Brendan Fraser head sculpt to me always - even though it doesn't look like him
