Another factor in the WORMS jacket sitting high probably is the cloth ascott keep in mind. Tucking a couple millimeters of cloth (or more if its knotted) between the jacekt and the torso could cause it to ride up that much alone.
Its a major reason I'm firmly against any cloth good on 4 inch figures. The scale simply doesn't allow for the bulk. GHOSTRIDER has the cloth scarf

It's Blocker's head from this year's Battle Force con set with removable goggles added.

Email/forum update from Brian on FSS6.0:
Hello Members: I hope you are having a great end of summer! We expect to receive the final carded samples any day now and we are still waiting on the ship date confirmation. We are still anticipating that the shipment will arrive here around the first of November. We are pushing the factory to get them out the door. Since this is a build-to-order system, it takes about five months for the products to arrive from China once we place the final order quantity. For those of you on the installment plan, currently we anticipate that the second installment payment will be a couple of weeks before Christmas and the final payment will be around the middle of February. We won't know (or set) the exact dates until we know the shipment is here. Thanks for your participation and support of these wonderful products. |

The W.O.R.M.S. head also looks terrible. Huge mistake using the low-detail, out-of-date, 1980s sculpt.

It's not unprecedented, they did the same thing with the con Laser Vipers. They don't look too good up close.
