Mass-market 1:18 modern military? It'll never fly.
I wonder what the price point will end up being? |

The current-gen figures average out to around $2 apiece, even including the newer female figures that use the ball-jointed hips like these. Lanard says the price of the new figures should be about the same.

I wonder how well they'll fit with Eagle Force?

The figure looks cool. I like the 4H, so it's cool seeing them take a stab at 1:18 military stuff. Figure looks like it lacks wrists and ankles. Single-knees are acceptable but gun-weilding figures really need wrists.
I like a lot of the bio. His featured gun isn't what he's holding in artwork which is weird. Like his strength level being valued by presses, which is a neat, fun concept. |

The 4 Horsemen do the Collector Club's head sculpts now. So these are like cousins to the Club figures! Only for a tiny fraction of the price!
Yes I know economies of scale and such. Still makes me chuckle. I love the CORPS! line and it just gets better all the time. The female figures are OUTSTANDING. These upcoming figures look just as amazing and I will buy many many, MANY of them. Lanard really seems to have a good understanding of how to market a "Value" figure to picky collectors. They are rocking my face off right now. |

If these figs average out to 2 or 3 bucks a pop they will fly off the shelves. Lanard has a hit on their hands here. Can not wait to see the finished product.

Glad you all like it, since you'll be seeing him rerun and repainted for the next 10 years :p

We've been discussing this in the forum under toys Lanard thread, while it just got frontpaged it's old news. And the figures will be out around summer everyone. It's nice to see this finally front page worthy. Wait till you see what all is coming. Again check the corps megathread here on hisstank. Mods feel free to look and post other pics from it.
