Destros Iron Grenadiers.

Tiger Force was a little wierd and Slaughter is kind of old.

The Oktober Guard aren't a sub group of G.I. Joe or Cobra, so why list them?
I still don't get what's so exciting about them.
I never read the marvel series, though I have read the issues that came with the comic packs, and wasn't interested in them at all.
But I am sure there are those who are fans of the comic series, and want to see them listed.
But, why not list the Red Shadows as well then, or the Black Dragons?
To each their own I guess.
By the way, I voted for the Iron Grenadiers, because Destro needs his own troops.

Tiger Force - 15%
Night Force - 11%

Slaughter's Marauders - 14%
Destro's Iron Grenadiers - 15%
Oktober Guard - 44%

Oktober Guard has fallen some but now Tiger Force is tied with Destro's Iron Grenadiers with Slaughter's Marauders hot on their heels. Python Patrol doesn't seem to have any love at all.
