Wasn’t on the KS but lucked out and JE was coming threw my town on his way home and I was able to get 5 of them now hopefully the rest in the next couple of weeks

My preorder from smalljoes arrived yesterday and I am super pleased. I have only opened a few but loving them all so far.

The returned item must be 100% complete to get this refund, as I am attempting to build a morgue of extra parts to help out with exchanges in the future. Finally, and this is IMPORTANT: returns for refund will be accepted through the end of this month for domestic KS/BK orders, and the 10th of August for the International KS/BK orders. This should be plenty of time for anything in transit to arrive and for the customers to check out any potential problems. After this time, this offer will end. Once I have a morgue of body parts put together, any future swaps that need to be made will be easier. It's important for that reason that all returns be complete and the reason for that policy. Paul and I want VERY much to make sure everyone is happy, but we can only go so far and be fiscally responsible for the immediate future of the company. We hope that you all understand. Feel free to share this around on the various forums where these things are being discussed without our input.

That was a solid response from him. Even if it's not what ideally would want if I had broken limbs, it isn't worded in a manner which will tick me off and turn me off as a customer. Good for him.
