Snake Eyes with Parka: I'll take 2, one to keep and one for custom. Great new sculpt body that makes me think we may actually have a chance of getting a 25th Kwinn.
Roadblock City Assault: My favorite version of him, I'll take 2. The vest alone makes a second one worth it. Cobra Officer (Python Patrol): Nice, but I never really cared for Python Patrol. Baroness V2: Don't really care for the Mass Device colors, but I love the new head sculpt. I'll take one to customize. Flint Tiger Force: This was the first version of flint I owned, in fact it's the one in this wave I'm most excited for. I'll take 3, one to have, to customize, and to give as a gift. Cobra Commander with Stripe: the stripe really helps the figure, count me in for one. Major Bludd: I'll take one. Good use of the mold, but a few things seem off. the chains on the wrist, skull on belt, and I'm not sure about the right arm. Dose it have an elbow joint? Why? There are over 50 other figures you could put out that made a HUGE difference in the series. But Hasbro makes a re-paint of a waste of time series? Here's an idea. Make anyone else! Airtight! Blowtorch! how about anyone... Roadblock. He's ok, but again. Another of the same dude. Cobra Python trooper, Lame. This guy needs to come out in like wave 15, that's if they are still making figures. Baroness, Lame. She was never popular enough for this many versions. Yea, we all like her but use the time on someone else. Here, let me help... Techno-Viper! or Tele-Viper! or Anyone but the stuff your making-Viper! Major Bludd, thak you Hasbro for reaching your hand out of my computer monitor and slapping me right in the face. Do you think we are that easy to pull one over on? Look at his legs. What is wrong with you people? Make us want these figures! Cobra commander, gee another? Why not make him in plain clothes or something. And last but not least, Another Snake-eyes. Oh boy. I think someone down at Hasbro messed up! Because I'm not seeing a StormShadow. Cause lord knows with 30 Snake-Eyes we need 30 Storm Shadows variants. And what is on Snake eyes' Neck? Are we already running this into the idiot-childish ground? Are those bird skulls? The skulls of little alien babies? Just lame. Try.. Just try, to understand the people who want this product are not wanting the product you are producing. Learn your customer. Do you think parents are buying these for their kids? Uh, no. GI JOE isn't even on TV. Children are buying Yugi-oh and Ben 10 and other garbage. Make the product for who is purchasing it. Collectors. Step up to the plate and you get our money. -Thats all =COBRACOFFEE AMEN! Hasbro is slapping us right in the face ...no more repaints! no snake eyes! he's not that popular! give me a break! |

It would be nice to have some new figs instead of repaints, but I'll still take these. I would rather have a Python Patrol Crimson Guard or Copperhead than Officer, though, as I had both of those growing up and think they are more interesting. I think I still have the Copperhead, actually...

In a way this is Karma working for me. I've passed on quite a few of the new Flash and all black Snake Eyes. I've also read quite a few people going nuts over these two figures. Now there is a whole group of people saying "I'll pass on the new Spirit and Bludd" So then they shouldn't be too hard for me to get my hands on when they come out. Thanks guys

No, it isn't, and no, they're not. Hell, they fixed Flint's arms in exactly the manner people had been bitching for since he was released. Hell, since the first pictures were out. And is anybody happy? Does Hasbro get any credit? No. Hasbro can't win, no matter what they do. Keep the figures coming, Hasbro, please. Dramatics are what the world runs on. It's what puts the human populace in a panic and what makes CEOs make Knee jerk decisions on toy lines. No toys getting purchased = No more toy. That's the bottom line. This stuff has barely hit its mid run and we already have people talking about "passing". Now I know I said nail in the coffin, but in the big bizness world. 1 bad line means bye bye product. Think about a television show that doesn't get the ratings that the producers wanted. Adios! Anyway. I stand on my notion of "keeping in line with the customer". My friend has a kid, his kid plays with Xbox. Kids nowadays don't think of Hotwheels or Action figures anymore like we did once they pass the age of 6-7. The people who are buying these are you and me. Age 25 and up. These figures I'm sure will make it to the hands of some children that are smart enough to use their own imagionation instead of a Wii controller to have fun. But the Vast majority is collectors. And as I see it, that's a pretty picky crowd. You stop making things worth "collecting" and you might as well call it a day That my friend, is the "nail". =COBRACOFFEE |
