This is the wave I've been waiting for (if it's true). One of my favorite Joe's when I was a kid was version 2 Roadblock, also, Python Patrol was my favorite Cobra sub-team.

Probably mock-ups, but if not, I'm not lovin' this wave at all.
It stinks of cheapness, which Hasbro has in spades. If they're to release another CC with a new paint job and no retooling (re: new head sculpt with removable helmet, please!), they can keep it! But, I'm not going to get worked up over this unless Toyfair comes and these are what Hasbro shows... |

Well they are VERY good customs! Bravo to whomever made them. But I would much rather have an original sculpt for MB.

I ask because it seems a bit lugubrious and unfair. Especially since Hasbro has provided the fans with so much great product since the 25th line first began. |

Interesting to know if these turn out to be real.
Bludd looks fantastic to me. Not too crazy about the rest. Never was much of a Roadblock fan (though I do like this outfit better than the other). Python Patrol is one of those very goofy concepts to me, but isn't even "goofy cool". No interest. And the Baroness/CC repaints seem weak as well. But not every wave can be a complete winner... and Bludd is one of my most favorite characters so I can deal. |

I think the best part of the Bludd sculpt is the head. They nailed the expression, the eye patch looks great, and if that helmet is removeable with hair underneath (and not the bald scalp of the Cobra soldiers), sold to American! |

I'm sorry. I'm not buying into these, I believe they are just nicely done customs. Why would Hasbro release mostly cobras in a wave when their pattern is 1 - 2 to a wave tops? I would buy these up if they were released but am not holding my breath. Also another give away is the fact that hasbro is waiting til next wave to release major bludd. If he was so close to being done, why didn't they show the pic with last wave but note it for next wave, and its a little fishy this waves pics are so close to the release of the last ones. Just my deduction. Great work on the customs though btw!!

Lump me in with the proposal-proto bunch. Like others have said, after seeing wave 7, if this is wave 8, it comes up far short. I really want to see a Baroness with fixed articulation. Bludd has potential, but needs work. I'm totally against sub-teams until the rest of the original 13 come out. And do we really need another CC?

I highly doubt this is the wave 8 line up. With the line about to expand beyond the singles, comics, and 5 packs I'm betting that some of these figures will be seen (if seen) in some of the new packs rumored to be offered.
Looking forward to Toyfair where we will see official information of upcoming product from Hasbro themselves. |
