G.I.Joe 25th Anniversary Target Exclusive "Attack On Cobra Island" Vehicles

Don't recall a filecard inside the box for the vehicle, nor do I recall a figure stand.

I do remember that it took me 3 different targets to find a crankcase that didn't have brown paint splatter across his face.
