Big Update to the kickstarter but I think the most important to some here is "
When we hit $100,000 pledge level, not only is the “Tech Ops” Valkyries figure Stretch Goal unlocked…BUT the amount between EACH remaining UNLOCKED Stretch Goal will be REDUCED to ONLY $8,000, instead of $12,000! In addition, will add the SPECIAL SURPRISE “Agency-Ops” MTF figure in Suit to the list of Unlocked Stretch Goals (will post designs when added to the event). If the “Agency Ops” Suited figure is unlocked…will add a SPECIAL SURPRISE Valkyries figure stretch goal! " Also Red and White Rescure OPs

At the Mayhem level, assuming a modest 10 stretch goal unlocks, the price per unit is $16.58. Not bad, considering each figure comes with more gear than last time around -- 3 vests and 3 helmets vs 1 of each last time -- not to mention the extra body parts where applicable. Happy for the people who wanted suits. Now get this thing past $100k, already. It's barely budged since the announcement. Did you coerce them into making a bad decision or a good one? |

There was no "All-In" for the Valkyries. You're comparing apples to oranges. It all depends on how many stretch goals are unlocked, anyway.

FOLKVANGR "All-In" Level - $339 And the update was released about two hours ago. No sketches/renders for the suits were given, and a lot of other details and some other additions were released at the same time. I'm not sure how much movement you expect how fast, and how you can tie it to one item or another in such an update, but let's see where it goes over the next couple of days before we all ingest our suicide pills.

IMO, the Armor Mask would make a perfect helmet for the Exo-Suits.

Hopefully this update will generate some buzz for this Kickstarter. I am surprised that it does not even warrant its own thread in the forum. I have gone all in and pledged at the 50 figure level on the last two Marauder Kickstarters and have been very impressed with the quality of the figures and most importantly the value provided by going all in.
This one doesn't have the same feel for some reason. The figures are over $20 at any contribution level and I think a lot of people figure they can just get what they want afterwards in the store since the Kickstarter is funded, the three new items are being made and most of the stretch goals will probably be done eventually. I paid $699 for 50 figures on the last Valkyrie Kickstarter and it is $995 for 50 figures on this one (plus higher international shipping) so even though it is somewhat apples and oranges, the same value is not there. That being said, I love Marauder as a company. Their products are top notch and I will keep supporting them, but so far on this one I am only in at the $69 level. |

Did the Kickstarter go backwards there for a minute? Guess people are readjusting. I know things don't get into full swing until the last few days, but I'm really excited for this to start ramping up. I'm psyched at the backer thresholds. Good stuff coming down the pike.
