Have to go in on this, my Colonial Marine need their Dietrich and Ferro (Drop ship Pilot) so I hope to see those stretch goals met. Would be nice if they had an armor vest/shoulder pads more like their male counterparts but I'll come up with some sort of work around for Dietrich.

One question from earlier in the thread that I never saw an answer to, and then one question of my own:
1) I can see in the descriptions that the leg armor is removeable for each of the "Vals"--therefore, even if they are pictured with it on in the artwork, it is assumed that you can remove the knee/leg-plates. Was it the same for the MTF Males? That was why I never hopped on the first Kickstarter--the leg armor ruined the aesthetic for me. 2) I know that this is Marauder John's Kickstarter and his line of figures, but since it appears to me that BOSS FIGHT is doing the concept art and potentially design, do we know if these figures' parts will eventually be interchangeable with BFS's Vitruvian H.A.C.K.S. series? If so, this would be a great set to really load up on, especially depending on if/where you funded the BFS kickstarter. 2: BFS have actually commented on this. They have not made them to be interchangeable no, but some parts will - just like everything else in that scale, but it has not been done intentionally. HACKS is it's own line - which is interchangeable within itself (Except the skeleton), but as someone else here said, lower arms, heads and maybe even legs might fit. We won't know though until we have them in-hand. |

Danger Girl was one of my first thoughts (finally a use for all those spare Indy whips!), even if it's not an EXACT match. Although all the head sculpts seem to have shorter hair thus far....

Since this time and the last with the 1/6 guns he didn't use the term gaming figures and they are under product design not gaming, do you think that will or will not be as noticeable to those that aren't otherwise aware of this project? Put another way do you think those that are into gaming, might stumble across them if they search new gaming projects?
Hoping since we got this launched like a rocket it will be front paged and noticeable to all on the discover new projects section.... |

Debating about getting in on this. I don't have much interest in more military figures, so I'm trying to think of how many customs could come from these figures. I can only think of a few female tech user characters. Marvel has Domino, Silver Sable, and Maria Hill. DC has Ravager. Any others?

I'm holding out for a stretch goal with J Scott Campbell designed bodies to make those. ;)

That SDCC Baronness was kinda the same proportions due to the huge head, now that I think about it. A midriff-baring look would be a neat stretch goal, since that'd open up Lara Croft (sort of) as well.

Went with Asgard because I like the flexibility of choosing any 24 items.
Hoping for the Steady Cam Gunner but will be happy with Green Field Ops figure. |

Ha! Careful now, remember the recent Baroness action figure variant cover thread that just beat up on anyone who said it was attractive? Dangerous territory with Danger Girls body types....
