The only problems I've ever had have been with the Geared Up figures and seemed to be kind of widespread: no black gloves with the Wolf Trooper, no harness with Val Medic, and two of the same gloved hand with my female Val Flint.

In the three and a half years I’ve been buying from Marauderinc, I’ve only had two oppsies. And this is a guy who’s screen name is Jinx(723).
Things happen and probability has different rates. I.E. stuff happens. MJ and the Marauder crew have a history of being responsive stand up people. They have earned my trust and continue earn my loyalty to the brand. If there are issues, let him know. I have yet to be disappointed by the customer service. |

As for my oppsies, 1)One of my WWII deluxe figures didn’t have the display stand. 2)A pair of Agency Ops dress legs were forgotten on a order. Nothing major and they took care of the situation. John’s definitely got a customer for life and my loyalty. Something Hasbro we never get from me.

Though he’s wearing gloves in the pick it wasn’t listed on the Gears & Accessories “checklist”, so I was whatever. My Wolf Trooper doesn’t need gloves since his constantly washing his hands and doing his part during the pandemic.😜

Just saying if there's going to be a boof, I'd rather get it from MGR because they will unbooof it. |

Well, I've made yet another attempt at a Marauder Sunbow Cobra laser. This time I used the grease gun as the base, but I replaced the barrel with the one from the Marauder M26 shotgun component.
Looks wise, this is the closest I think a Marauder gun can come. I need to drill a small hole in it and put a SOCOM scope on it. However, this isn't an easy thing to do. It requires slicing the barrels of both guns off very cleanly and then superglueing it on straight. I'm not sure I have it in me to do too many of these. Ideally, I would drill a hole down the center of the shotgun barrel so it could slide down the grease gun like a sight, but I don't think the shotgun is thick enough to allow that. Here is a picture with the Hasbro version, my first attempt using a grease gun (using a silencer; the scope I had on broke off and didn't work anyway), and the new version. Putting a scope on a grease gun is like putting a spoiler on a Prius. Sure, you could, but is it really going to make a difference? |

Truthfully I have issues almost every other order. And it always ramps up when the wait time is longer due to the flood of orders they receive. The mistakes have been very frequent again lately but since I order all the time it still all gets fixed very soon. With that said I have 4 figures waiting to be revealed because of order issues currently. When making orders I can almost predict what will go wrong at times lol. Rarely I type about it here out of respect, but I want to know what others are experiencing. I have nothing but praise for this toy line and the crew as they are very busy, (are only human), & have my continued support despite any hiccups, as it brings me a lot of joy.

Well, the Sunbow laser has a sight, so my version will need one too.
