I checked Gamestop's site and they show it being in stock for both consoles at the store closest to me. Its showing as low stock though. You and I must be some of the only ones excited about getting hold of this game!

Lol. I haven't bought a video game in about 10 months and the ONE game I want, I can't get! I'm in Canada though so obviously something went awry in transit. At least that's what I'm assuming.

I've been posting on the Signal Studios forums and so far the only response I've gotten as to why the game isn't available yet for sale for the PC is the usual 'we're working on it'. I'll keep you guys updated if I hear anything else, but we're not the only ones who are still waiting. The Facebook page for the game is full of angry comments by fans who want to know where the PC version is?

I picked up the game this evening and found time to squeeze in a round tonight.
I think I'm going to like it. If someone gets good at it I have a couple of questions. Playing as Joes why was I not fighting Cobra AI? The "locked" items with the "coin" cost/pricing...Can these coins be won in game or is this a "real $" purchase?

I was playing the single player mode in the upper left hand corner. (Campaign?) What about the "coins"?

I can't wait to get home next month and get this game. Seeing the gameplay videos of it online has given me a new idea for the eventual house I get when I win the lottery. I'll make a 4'x8' table, cover it in sand, and put a modified G.I. Joe HQ at one end and a Terrordrome at the other. Then just surround the edges with fencing to match the HQ and make it one giant battlefield for all my figures.

Ugh serious buyer's remorse here. I finally found it at Wal-mart and it is an abysmal single player game. The campaign is a mind-numbingly boring experience as the A.I. puts up no fight whatsoever. Plus you never get to be on offense unless you play online, (which is something I'm not really into). I was also really disappointed to see only a handful of characters. I found it odd that the developer used the cartoon as an inspiration as their choice of Joes seemed to be more comic-based. Most of the characters in the game had little-to-no presence in the cartoon, (Flash, Grunt, Clutch etc...), although Flint and Bazooka are exceptions to this. It's sad because there are Joes scattered throughout the maps but they are all clones of Grunt and Flash, (or possibly Grand Slam). But at least they fare better than Cobra who has no named characters aside from the Commander himself.
And the game is a glitchy mess on top of this. Mine froze on me four times last night. Not only that but I am not able to use any heroes in campaign mode. The notification pops up but pressing triangle does nothing. I finished 4 levels and was not able to use my heroes once despite the bar being full most of the time. The only time this feature worked was during the tutorial. I think Signal really blew an opportunity with this game. They had the license so why did they limit themselves so much? I can see why they said the game featured "He-man" and not the "Masters of the Universe", as they used none of the great characters from that franchise either. I can totally see why Ubisoft didn't send out review copies of this game.

All of it was with in-game currency.
