Well what an unexpected surprise this is. I really only ordered these to hedge against not finding the gung ho and storm shadow packs before ee's stock was supposed to arrive in september. Really pumped to get my first favorite joe in his updated form. By the way, my card has a pending charge, but my order shows it is in backstock as well.

I placed an order. Thanks for the heads up. The Zartan three pack is probably my final purchase from this line. Hope that's easy to come by.

Any word yet on the quality of the plastic?

Well, my status changed to "In Stock" sometime this morning/last night, so I wouldn't worry folks.

Can't say for sure, but I felt the plastic in the SDCC Desert Duel set (on the figures at least) was better. Still a little rubbery but not as bad as the 50th stuff originally was.

I'm sure they read our complaints about the figures from last year and found a formula that makes a better sturdier plastic for a good cost. I understand you have to do what you have to do to keep the companies costs down, but I'd figure a company like Hasbro would have a R&D or QC department that tests these things....or maybe they don't.

That matches other reports. Generalsjoes reported that the plastic quality was still below POC/30th but the paint appears to be better than 50th stuff in the pictures.
