Nice figure. I know the legs lack articulation, but, that set of lower legs does look nice, albeit less articulation. Those boots on that sculpt are a dead ringer for the USMC ICB (infantry combat boots) that were issued around 2000 or so.
I would love to get just that figure. Alas, no need for a green Hiss or jet. |

The double jointed knee is the biggest waste of articulation on any figure, so I don't mind that being gone at all. The ankles either. I've never had a problem posing figures without it. Along with the mid-torso split, they're the most disposable of articulation points. More isn't always better.
As for Steeler, eh. He looks good for a Joe figure, but I don't think we've ever gotten a figure to match the character that we saw in the comics. His original ARAH figure looked great, but it was better used as Hawk than as Steeler. To me, the figure that most looks like the Steeler from the comics is Grunt v5. |

I threw together a quick Steeler that I think works well with the rest of my slightly modded 25th OG 13
