Why is The Viper's gun on the ground? Is it because he can't hold it in those funked up hands? Beside that he looks awesome.

My mouth droped to the desk when I saw Snake Eyes! Version three was always my favorite Snake Eyes off all time. I love all the figures, the only one I will not buy is Duke. I really don't see a need for this figure, if it would have been Tiger Force they yea I would buy it. As for the Viper, is it me or does it look like his uper torso is all one pice? I sure I will pick up ever one of them I see at the store like the Cobra Trooper.

Maybe it's just me b/c I don't like that later stuff like that since I was with the Joes since the beginning in '82. I LOVED the 25th v1 SE when he came out, and I think the 25th v2 is cool but would look even better in black rather dark greyish color he has, but this new one just doesn't do anything for me, sorry. :( Eric

Did anyone ever question why the original viper had goggles in the first place? Kinda would look odd over a face-shield....
Maybe this is Hasbro's way of updating it, by having no goggles. |

The Viper looks fantastic, as does the H.I.S.S. driver. I can take or leave Wild Bill, but I actually like Spirit, even though I expected to hate him. |

Well I am very happy here. I will buy all of them. Multiple HISS DRivers, and Vipers (Did anyone notice that he has his proper gun for the first time since RAH? AWESOME!!!!! He does need Goggles though), and multiple Dukes for the Jetpacks. The Flag is pure love, and just goes to show that the poeple working on this line are dedicated to the tridition that this line has instead of being revisionist pinheads like a Certain movie producer I could mention.
Wild Bill is so going to pilot my BBI Black Hawk, I think Spirit looks great, a perfect rendition of the Iconic Spirit. Then there is Snake Eyes V3. I bought this figure when it first came out, and I loved it then. Now we get the same but better weapons, and removable knives on his chest? Bring It On! This will be my main SE from here on out.

I was thinking the same thing. I hope he doesn't suffer from Torch hands.

Well I was thinking I guess if you think about SE it is version 4.......82 straight arm, 83, swivel arm, 85 iconic version, 89/90 this version of SE.....or they screwed up and will call version 4 version 5 when they release that one.....which I am looking forward to as well.
This SE with removable chest knives look pretty sweet. Last edited by MSU44; 01-17-2008 at 09:44 PM.. |
