As far as goggles go, doesn't GTG, Alyosha, or Marauder Inc make some? If not they should. I wonder if there's room for another of these cottage businesses? hmmm...

H.I.S.S. Driver- YESSSSSSSSS!
VIPER- Will have the goggles. Duh. I didn't like this at first glance, but I think the goggles will improveit. Looks kind of like the Dan Jurgens Vipers Snake-Eyes- I HATED this originally. This new sculpt looks AMAZING though. Black-costume spidey has NOTHING on SE. Major Bludd-Is going to resemble the HOF version in original colors because of the body they're using (or RE-using). Should have used the Flash body again, guys. Just add a necklace of dogtags. Now that it's the HISS driver body there's precedent. Uniformity is GREAT for army builders, AND that use of the body would encourage more customizing. Duke is kind of redundant, but not bad. Hasbro seems bent on keeping green jetpacks out of our hands for now. Wild Bill would look perfect if his glasses were wider. He looks like the JAKKS SGT Slaughter. Hmmmm.... Spirit looks VERY native American now. Not that he didn't used to, but most of those card-art paintings used the same face-model. That's why they all have pointy noses and eyebrows. Didn't anoyone else ever notice this?

I absolutely love the new snake eyes but I can do without all the gear. I really wanted a updated blowgun that fits unlike the original. Never liked the gun and thought the tri-chuk was stupid. My only real gripe about it is it's too shiny and the weapons need to be less whitish. If they remove Viper's goggles for realism, why give a stealth commando whitish weapons and gear?
I'll get another and experiment with making an ultimate SE with version 1's limbs. |

Has anyone else noticed Spirit's right hand and gun.It doesn't look like he will be able to properly hold the gun as is he is shooting it.Maybe I am looking at it wrong, but it looks like he will only be able to hold it in a transporting/carrying kind of way.If that's the way it is I say HOW LAME HASBRO!!!

Impressed with the general level of quality on this wave. I didn't expect to see so many newly sculpted parts.
Spirit was always one of my favorites and I think they did a great job on him. They really captured his stoic intensity with his face. The small details like the removable clips are awesome. Can't wait to see the rest of his backpack. SE, Hiss Driver, and WB are all great updates too. I'll be getting a bunch of Vipers. Overall, a great wave. |
