Thanks for the kinds words folks. It's been a crazy month hoping we'd get back some of what we paid for.

As far as wave 2..I wanted to let folks know where we stand. Working on getting wave 2 prepped in NO WAY distracts us from getting wave 1 done. We are prepping wave 2 so once wave 1 is delivered we can fast track the next wave. These things don't happen overnight, getting a wave ready takes many many months to design, sculpt, paint and prototype. If we don't do this it'll take us even longer to get wave 2 released. I understand the frustration around wave 1, but if we do nothing while we wait until wave 1 is delivered you won't see any additional waves for at least a year+. We will not be taking any pre-orders for additional Eagle Force waves until wave 1 is delivered, but many folks are excited about future waves, so we have elected to show what we have planned at Designer Con.

I'm glad to hear there's plans for the future. It was sounding pretty grim for the possibility of FMF continuing to exist after some of the earlier posts, and the more small companies making figures the happier I am. The stumbles may be frustrating, but I'm glad to hear you're looking at how to get back up.

The whole idea of having a second wave presupposes that there's going to be people willing to give you more money after this fiasco - perhaps others will without issue, but I know I likely won't. Nothing personal (and I understand that it's not all your fault), but I can't commit hundreds of dollars if I need to wait years to get what I ordered.

If wave 1 delivers quality (which I expect it to) I’m all in on wave 2 and beyond.

Factory issues behind, reliable factory with proven track record now in use, tooling readily available, Chris and team on the ground - I’m excited.

I invested pretty heavily in EFR. Part of that was the hope of where FMF would / could take this in future waves / series moving forward. I have no regrets and I’m glad to continue my support.

Yeah I mean once the first wave is sorted out any wave going forward would be much easier so yeah i’ll Commit to wave 2.

Disclaimer: I was disappointed (and vocal about it). BUT.....as I said above, wave one’s completion and a satisfactory factory will lead to a more manageable timeline for wave 2.

If that's all it takes, great. If he can get people (self included) the product they ordered years ago in a timely manner from this point forward, at a level of quality representative of the price we paid, I might reconsider my stance. Right now, I'm skeptical. The constant missing of windows has certainly taken its toll on my confidence, and while I'm all for transparency, seeing all of the excuses (yes) gets tiring - I want execution. I don’t think anyone could argue against any of your points.
For me, I’ve managed to remain positive for the most part. Camo paint apps were my gripe. I was getting the sinking feeling quality was starting to suffer due to time pressure constraints. With a new factory on board and a regrouping, hopefully there’s a clearer road ahead and quality won’t be an issue.
Having said that, I doubt anyone could accept any missteps from here on in.
So, if FMF deliver (which I’m expecting), I’d have no problem going for Wave 2.

Once I get them in-hand if I am happy, I intend to support them again and get even more characters. I have come to accept long turn-around times because if you are not a mega-corp, the factory puts less priority on your order. I have seen though that after the first time, production seems to go smotther (Boss Fight, Four Horsemen).
