Sounds like with that A Hole gone maybe we can finally get these. I love the concept and hope Bill can continue, I will see how it goes from here on out, I still want the wave two and other figures and another shot at the joe (ish) super heroes. I will still see how it goes and support, if things go smoothly from here on out.

Listen...quite honestly, I pay my couple hundred bucks and then go back to my life. The fact that I don’t have my figures yet - and let me be perfectly clear on this - affects my life in no way whatsoever. I know they’re coming and that just fine with me. Okay, so I joke about the length of time it’s taken, but that just busting balls.
“Business and reputation have been ruined...” - Gosh, I hope that’s not really the case. Look, Bill, I definitely don’t have the business acumen that you have, but if it all comes down to a vote, you still have my full confidence. I don’t know if that’s enough, but I would wager that’s how the majority of us feel. Keep the property, continue, expand. I understand that it’s probably been a money-losing situation and if so, that’s a different story, of course. Nobody wants an albatross like that hanging around their neck. Keep Eagle Force if you can and still want to. We know you, Bill, that’s worth a lot to us. Better you than somebody who’s just in it for a money-grab. Last edited by rob; 10-20-2019 at 05:45 AM.. |

Thanks for the kind words everyone. It means a lot.
I will say if we do pass on EF to some of the folks we've been talking to they'll keep many of the ideas we've shared. It's not a done deal yet, we'll see how the rest of the year plays out as we get the figures complete and out to the backers.

This whole process to my mind at least, in terms of communication has been transparent. Factory issues beyond the creators control. I’ve lost no confidence in FMF. I went all-in and more besides. The only gripe I had was lacklustre camo patterns. Hopefully the new factory will put these issues to rest and on to EF2. Last edited by RazorMurphy; 10-21-2019 at 05:33 AM.. |

FMF has been great with communication through out the entire process. While I'm sure there are people who are upset about not having their plastic men yet, I have never felt like there was anything not on the level from your side. I would urge you to wait until the product is in the hands of the backers before making a decision on the future of the company.

I agree with the guys above. Kickstarters are fund raisers for folks trying out something new. Shit happens. You were honest about it, while working to fix the situation. Most folks can respect that.

Like a poster said above, sure I'm bummed about not having the figures yet, but does it affect my life daily....no....but I've enjoying imagining where this line will go, and spin offs..... Good luck! |

Obviously you have to do what's best for you and EF moving forward, but I have faith in you. Get these molds moved, get these releases out. Design and put forth a Wave 1.5 or Wave 2 using molds you've got with repaints/mix and match, with some more good armybuilders and a faster turnaround because of having a good factory and you can get back to building the EF universe.
