For my part, I went in on the Greeks (mostly because it was new and fresh), but just wasn't interested enough to keep going on Fantasy. But I recognize it's a great series, that other people really love it and will disappointed when it ends. I still question the logic of presenting universes crossing over, but then rigidly sticking to only producing one genre at a time. With the Greek molds already made, why not pepper in a new Greek character into each wave or every couple of legs, to keep interest in that genre/series. And likewise, once Space gets going (though I selfishly would like space only), why not pepper in Fantasy with a bit of Greek, as I imagine there will still be a lot of Fantasy folks crying for more. Again that's why I reckon it would have been worth tooling up the Vitruvian crew (or moving Space if necessary to do it) to really make real this idea of intersecting universes. And it wouldn't be hard to create crossover characters, which would work both as straight character for the current genre or crossover ones for those who want to play it that way. Give us the Vitruvian crew and crossover characters, pepper in new figures from previous genres, then we'd really start to have a real sense of HACKS as a shared universe. EDIT: Wasn't there also talk of a comic book or graphic novel at one point? Now that would really make the shared universe come to life. With the rich worlds of characters already presented, seems like it's ready made to partner up with some young artist and writer to really run with it. That was always going to be the challenge with the HACK shifting genres. A lot of collectors won't have the interest, money and/or space to buy all of them. So you're always going to have customers sitting out for long periods and possibly grumbling for the next thing.

Thanks for the tip. Some of it looks like it would suit my purposes. Some looks wildly out of scale. A wolf the size of a hippo and an eagle the size of a glider are kind of terrifying prospects.

I remember something like they found out the cost to profit margin on the trade back was pretty tight and decided not to do it for now (then).
Adding in characters from the previous universes makes sense. The pre order they just posted (fantasy wave 6) has a fantasy time version of one of the three bad guy sisters from the previous line (which I’m not interested in).

I really want the rancher mini kit, and for some reason, the articulated elk they have. Not sure what I would do with a 1:18 scale articulated elk, but I feel compelled to purchase one.

The elk is one of the things I chose from the Kickstarter. Can't wait, got a rogue elf assassin waiting for his mount.

The elk was precisely the weird kind of thing BF does that makes me a fanboy. I have never thought I wanted a highly articulated elk until they made one, now I can't imagine why I haven't wanted one before.
