Prices are what I expected. Glad to see that. Hope I can get my hands on two of the Wolf/ Sky Hawk sets. Love that thing.

This is just gonna be another giant tease for us fans. They are gonna sell out as soon as they hit the shelves and they will be 3 times+ the price on ebay. It's so discouraging trying to go Joe hunting anymore. God, please let these be available by the truck load, so that I can maybe actually buy some and buy some at regular price, and God forbid, actually, physically in a store!

Can we just stop bitching about this, and just be thankful we're getting a line? |

At these prices, there better be absolutely none of these on the pegs at TRU. None in stock online. GI Joe fans need to support this line and buy these like they are going out of style...because GI Joe IS going out of style if we don't support these kinds of effort. Cool product with lots of nods to the fan...Under 200 for all of this product (for 3 3/4 inch Joes). I'm snagging what i can, minus Kreo stuff...which I support in spirit, just not financially ('cuz I don't need another collection to add to . Seriously, buy this stuff up and send TRU and Hasbro a message that says "We want to give you our money for GI Joes! (And thanks for not making our Joes 5 POA like you have done with other lines)"

So, point is, I think there's some cause for hope these will arrive in stores in large quantities...but that could just be me being optimistic. Generally though, in production, the larger the run, the lower the cost per item. And vice versa. |

Ah so TRU is to share in the blame. They can hardly complain about the merch not moving when they themselves up the price. No way of knowing if it would have mattered in the end but it's interesting to know.

You mean we might be able to buy them if the scalpers don't.
I hope it's a solid production run. TRU exclusives can be a mixed bag. 25th 5 and 3 packs were plentiful, but ROC 5 packs were hard to find and wound up in Ross. Hopefully the retaliation crap left on the shelvs now will be gone before they stock 50th |

At this time last year everyone was saying that the Retaliation 3 pack with Firefly would be impossible to get because everyone wanted that figure. That ended up not being the case at all. That's why I like getting the figures in 2 or 3 packs. It discourages people from paying extra for a figure they don't want or need, or know they'll have a hard time getting rid of.
