Weak. the packaging is cool, but i'm thinkin' some of those w.14-15 figures we've seen test shots of here recently would have been a lot more desirable as collectors items (i was starting to get my hopes up that's what those were for)
at least the 12" Baroness looks a significant step up from the other 12"ers.

i wonder which is the other McCullen. i would assume one is James, but which will be the other. maybe Alexander, but i doubt he's in the movie. it'll probaly be James' father or grandfather.

For the record.. I would love to get both of these if I was going to the show. Since I'm not they will likely cost over a hundred bucks each, so probably wont get them.
But I think they rock.

I bet one of the figures is a medieval knight and one is a WWI or II era figure.

Oh, you can bet on it! The only thing I'm interested in spending "Joe" money on will be the Sunbow deluxe DVD box set with all the classic episodes in one package. That's all the Comic Con money Hasbro will get from me this year. And that's going to be a measly couple of hundred bucks at most. The last couple of years I have dropped thousands on Joe exclusives & AFA graded figures from Hasbro.
Now I know why this board calls Hasbro, HASBLOW! It's not cause they have a line on some really powder. (LOL!) It's because they SUCK most of the time. It just amazes me how they could hit perfection with Resolute & 25th / Modern Era figures and completely blow everything else. The movie is going to suck. Please, prove me wrong. |
