They also throw in spanish on there as well ....and because of that, they can legally distribute these toys in Mexico.

Wow, that really sucks. Like others have said, I'd pick them up only to open them.

What's funny is...
When these were on eBay as "UBER RARE BETTER ROB YOUR MOM PRE-PRODUCTION CARDS FTW!"... DESTRO had posted a Front Page article indicating that these were in fact International cards... I bet those guys that shelled out nice change for these figures on eBay are kinda sad in the pants now. |

I can understand if they have to make a generic card but leaving the "explosion" alone like this is a total disgrace. And the white sticker for the figure's name? Gee, these look like bootlegs. Just imagine how cool it would have been if they used something like this instead of just the explosion:

Though I hate to admit it, but a couple of hours later and I kind of don't want to open them just yet. I was thinking of doing my own art in the blank area.....hhhmmmm.... |

I completely agree, the lack of art, combined with the oversized white sticker just look unprofessional in comparison to the US cards. There really was no reason, looking at the front of the cards, to exclude the art and name. The sticker would have easily covered the name part and the back of the card could still have been done the way they are. |

I'm waiting to see how one looks like opened. I know for the Star Wars, the cool thing about them before was that if you got a Canadian one, you wouldn't get the background, but you'll get a fold out that has all the specs for all the figures on that wave (ie. they show the cardback of all the figures on the wave.) Dunno what they'll do. However, for VvV, we got black and white photocopies of the filecards, so it's nice that the ones for the 25th anniversary are at least done in colour.
