I'd like to see more fan participation in the future. Now, we all know how fickle and argumentative we can be, as a whole we tend to agree on the basics for the most part. Voting for the hall of heroes was a good example. A lot of us spend time making customs of our own, adding our own little spin on the Joe-verse. Perhaps you could run a custom contest where you could make an exclusive fan-based creation - figure or vehicle, Joe or Cobra (or maybe one of each). Or, while on the subject of customs, another (more likely) idea would be the release of customizable figures - or custom parts packages like from the ARAH days. At least allow us to vote for a couple of figures that haven't been made yet to get a green light for production.
There's a lot of talent and ideas that gets thrown around on sites like these, and any one of us would love to work be a part of the future of GI Joe. So, fan participation? Yes? |
