Yupp.. Handle on the Night Raven. Still looks cool, but will need be tackling with a screwdriver day one. Ripcord looks hella tight, surprised. Neat-o costume, not bad. Loose the bazookas with the Mr.Freeze launcher and these aren't bad figs. Conrad can be head-swapped and you can have a whole 25th style desert joe command. Lots of kiddie stuff on this flyer, so it's good that we're bringing in a whole new gen into the fold with this. The Pitt? It will be a neato rolling base, but I can never call it the Pitt. The Pitt is, was, and will always be just that- a Pitt, in the ground, under the ground, without wheels. Some bases are meant to be bases. No need to reinvent the wheel.

The thunderwing was a POS and somehting I would never even consider buying either. GL trying to make that point....or any other water gun, gun handled aircraft point.
I can tell you right now anyone who bought more than 1 of every fig, all the MOC collectors all the army buidlers and all the customerizers have shelle dout a HUGE amount of cash since 2007 when all of this 25th era stuff started, you can not ignore that fact, this is a total slap in the face of that and they really do not care. I hope that blows up in thier face to turn thier back on us like that. I am sill holding out hope on Resolute. That shit is deifnatley not for the 5yr olds who wanna defend this movie garbage. Maybe they can eventually make a Resolute movie and that universe will resound better in my books since it will be violent, people will die and be for us older collectors not the ones that grew up after 1989 and pay correct homage to the roots of where these figures came from.... I wonder if they will make any resolute vehicles, if this line suceeds this is where it will be....not with this outragously overpriced shelf warmers...too bad they will take up all the space and we will never see wave 14+ or any more resolute figures cause of it....GO GET EM KIDDIES! please by this waste of plastic...and all of you parents keep Amerika rolling for your kids buy more and more of this stuff from the Hasbro movie store online! Pay premium prices rack up that credit card debt....I am sure that is all a bunch of talk on everyone's part, well see the day these hit the shelves 1 box at a time and Walmart quits ordering them after the first wave since they won't move fast enough....I am out of it for this I will not be doin gmy part to clear pegs so more stuff will come in, thats all of you supporters jobs at this point, don't let us down! |

As far as I can tell..the G.I. Joe movie figures do look pretty movie authentic. Or were you trying to say that G.I. Joe should look "classic" authentic but not authentic to the movie they're supposed to be tied into, in which case Hasbro would be doing exactly what you accused them of? Except they're not doing that. |

The Pit is a vehicle....not movie authentic.....the Night Raven has a handle..lets hope the movie planes are not hand held...the oversized weapons...not in the movie....this is what I mean....we see Heavy Duty firing a huge gatlin gun...we get some foolish oversized rocket launcher....this is what I mean

I like the PITT. Is it the one from the Marvel Comics? Hell no. But it looks to be a pretty cool mobile command center/play set. Difficult to tell how good it is though from the pics.

If there's a critique to be made, by all means make it. Just calling something "crap" isn't a critique.
What makes the Thunderwing crap? Sure, it has squat proportions. Other than than, I think it's a cool TOY. It can fit 2 figures in the cockpit. Has retractable landing gear. The voice effects are awesome! It has a gyro in it that alters which sounds you hear based on the angle the plane is facing. Has a missle launcher that's essentiall hidden. Yep. Crap, because it's small enough to actually be handled by someone PLAYING with their TOY. On one hand, I'm also disappointed with the Pitt. I would have preferred a stationary multi-level playset. However, I understand that marketers have stated that aggressive toys sell better (you learn something from Hasbro Q&As...particularily the SW ones). So the Pitt is mobile. Of course, maybe this is a reveal from the movie. Destro attacks Pitt and destroys most of it with Mole Pods. Joes surprise him by lauching part of the Pitt as a mobile base. Anway, I like that in vehicle mode, the Pitt has some gunner stations. And it looks HUGE! |

The PIT looks good in it's vehicle form, but I need a bigger picture to see the base transformed for a decision. The 12" figures of Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow look actually quite promising , same with the Night Raven. CONGRADS on hasbro for makeing mr.potato head Joes, Yay!
