Well...I'm a 30 year old boy...I will watch the movie...I will buy and play the living hell out of the game...I will be happy.
I totally think EA needs to do a converse story line in the game where you can play the Cobra side of things. How awesome would it be to be Firefly and go blow something to hell and gone??? Doc

For every Madden that sells a shitload of copies, EA releases four craptastic games. So yeah consumers are getting wise to the fact that EA buys good development studios then kills them, passes the IP to a weaker group of developers who are rushed to get a title on the shelf in order to sell units and increase shareholders wealth. Problem is consumers are starting to realize there is this thing called the "innernet" and consumers are reading about games before dropping $60.

1. It's EA
2. It's based on a movie license. 3. It's EA making a movie licensed game. That's a recipe for disaster. I had high high hopes for a long time to play a video game version of GIJoe. Unfortunately, movie basedgames almost always suck because the developer is always rushed to get thegame completed by the time the movie releases, and the company in this case EA gas to shell out so much money for likenesses, branding, etc. The budget to actually build the game is small. Now having said that I would love to see this game kick ass, but history tells me it'll suck some serious nuggets. This post is also 100% accurate |

I know, but EA being attached to it means it is an automatic failure. EA fails at everything that does not have the words Burnout in it.

I remember when Electronic Arts used to make great games back in the 80's during my Commodore 64 days

I'm trying not to be too negative before we've even seen the slightest glimpse of the game...
Don't forget that EA also developed Two Towers and Return of the King... Those were more than decent! Benefit of the doubt, guys... benefit of the doubt... Noob out |

Uh... maybe in your opinion, but I have never found a LotR game to be good.

if they just did Ghost Recon and changed the characters up a little I'd be as happy as a kid in a candy store.
