Furthermore, those that don't like it (and they are most welcome to that opinion) don't just say they don't like it and leave it at that. They have to poke at those who do like it. Or, as in one poster's case, keep coming back every page of thread to say they don't like it.

This post is epic, on par with the pyramids of Egypt and the Parthenon.

Let me rephrase, people were hoping that the redesigns would be a little closer to the 86 version (IE. two-seater with drone).
I would bet that if those two elements had been included this would have been accepted even if not loved. There IS space even in this mold for a second seat (why is there a huge block of orange plastic behind the first seat? Wouldn't a second seat make more sense?' And the drone would be a relatively simple addition, even if we DO keep the smaller size. Neither change would have significantly affected price-point or design. THATS why so many of us are disappointed. |

eh, some suck, some don't, but I'll buy them all. I can't help myself and I buy multiple of the new Ravens.

Interesting concepts to update them, but not for me.

If it (to most folks) actually looked better than the original instead of looking like a dumbed-down version of the original i think the majority would be calling it a win, movie line or not... Like Shine said, i was expecting something MUCH sleeker ~ going by the larger pix @ General's Joes i've gone beyond thinking this is disappointing and actually thinking it's horrible ~ it looks like a bad toy to me, especially compared to what they've done with Star Wars fighters since Episode III

Both would probably win over the vast majority. Honestly, either one would probably get me to buy. I just don't think a jet that was originally so big should be reduced to carrying only one man. A fighter like the conquest sure, but this is based on planes that in real life have a crew of two (and some models three). |

That Night Raven looks like shit. plain and simple. The rest are just as bad. I am SOOOO glad I am not buying these. Gives me money to buy BBi and Vintage ARAH stuff. |
